We really do hope you love your ‘New in’ pieces from She's a bit of Everything however if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase(s) then you may return your item(s) to us within 14 days from your order date for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in the original condition received; with tags and labels intact, unworn, unwashed and with no marks, tan or make up on the item, within the 14 day period.

There is No Refunds or Exchange on Sale/Final Clearance Items from She’s a bit of Everything.

There is No Refunds for Cinched and/or She’s a bit of Everything pieces on Black Friday however you have the option of an exchange within 7 days from your order date. 

There is no refunds for Final Clearance on our Cinched by Chloe dresses you have the option of an exchange within 7 days from your order date.

We are only a small business so the items are returned at your own cost.

Once your return has been received by us:

For a full refund, it can take 3 - 5 working days for your refund to be issued to your bank account. After we have issued the refund and according to the website platform, Shopify, 'the refund is labeled as Pending for up to 2 business days, and it can take up to 10 business days for your customer to receive the refunded amount.’

For an exchange, we will contact you within 1-3 working days.

Gift Cards cannot be refunded.
