Cinched by Chloe dresses are designed to cinch and accentuate your beautiful figure.
We recommend going up one size if you are in between sizes or sticking with your standard UK size.
For example, if you are in between sizes UK 8-10 then go with the UK 10. Or alternatively you can check out our Size guide and you may then find from the measurements that your standard UK size may suit your body shape better.
Cinched is proud to say it is Irish born. We are based in the beautiful city of Limerick, Ireland. All dresses are stored and sent out to our Cinched Ladies from our Limerick HQ.

RETURNS
We really do hope you love your ‘New in’ pieces from She's a bit of Everything however if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase(s) then you may return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in the original condition received; with tags and labels intact, unworn, unwashed and with no marks, tan or make up on the item, within the 14 day period.
There is No Refunds or Exchange on Sale/Final Clearance Items from She’s a bit of Everything.
There is No Refunds for Cinched and/or She’s a bit of Everything pieces on Black Friday however you have the option of an exchange within 7 days of receipt.
There is no refunds for Final Clearance on our Cinched by Chloe dresses you have the option of an exchange within 7 days of receipt.
We are only a small business so the items are returned at your own cost.
Once your return has been received by us:
For a full refund, it can take 3 - 5 working days for your refund to be issued to your bank account. After we have issued the refund and according to the website platform, Shopify, 'the refund is labeled as Pending for up to 2 business days, and it can take up to 10 business days for your customer to receive the refunded amount.’
For an exchange, we will contact you within 1-3 working days.
Gift Cards cannot be refunded.

If you receive your Cinched dress and she is faulty, then firstly we would like to apologise that you have not had a true Cinched experience and secondly, if you could please contact us at info@cinchedbychloe.com and we can walk you through the returns and exchange process.

DELIVERY
We aim to have your Cinched by Chloe order out to you in 1-3 working days within the Republic of Ireland.
International deliveries will take slightly longer however you can contact us at info@cinchedbychloe.com to track your Cinched order.

We apologise if your order has been delayed! Please email us as soon as possible with your Full Name and Order Reference number at info@cinchedbychloe.com and we will track your Cinched beauty down for you.
When your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email containing all the information on your order, including what you purchased and your order number.
Depending on the day of purchase, 1-2 working days later you should receive a despatch email with confirmation of despatch and your tracking number.

Orders placed outside of Ireland may receive customs fees. All customs fees must be paid by the customer and will not be covered by Cinched by Chloe.
Customs fees are assessed at the carrier's discretion and in accordance with their local legislation.
